COURSE DESCRIPTION

Producers, particularly those operating mature properties, are challenged with efficiency, both time and cost. Two DOE-supported programs, the Small Producer program conducted by the Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RPSEA) and the SWC (Stripper Well Consortium), support technology development targeting mature properties. Representatives from SWC and RPSEA will present results of their research on emerging technologies relevant to the region.

  • Artificial Lift and Pumps

  • Enhanced Oil Recovery

AT NO EXTRA CHARGE – A PTTC “NEEDS/INTERESTS” BRAINSTORMING SESSION
PTTC focuses its technology transfer efforts on issues important to producers, both small and large, and the service sector that supports operators. To help us focus our efforts where most needed, PTTC will facilitate a brainstorming session, leading participants to express and prioritize their needs and interests. Insights will shape PTTC’s future program.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Engineers, geologists, independents and operators interested in new technologies and strategies to improve production, particularly in mature properties.
